A major part of our business is providing sales management services in Ireland to “solopreneurs” and SMEs. Availing of this service gives you the benefit of having a highly experienced Sales Manager to work in your business, without the fixed cost
of an annual salary.

Elevate Sales Management consists typically of one morning per week on your premises, for 6-12 months. We will review the week with your sales people, using coaching methodology and reflection. We will agree what tasks have been fulfilled in the past week, and those required in the coming week.

By breaking down goals into weekly steps we raise the activity levels and completion of tasks.

We will use the intelligence gathered during these sessions to conceive effective sales processes and marketing campaigns that increase your revenue stream.

This is a half-day, 1-to-1 intensive workshop for “solo-preneurs” and SME leaders, with 2  follow-up coaching sessions.
